At Jet Set & Go Travels LLC, we provide assistance after your ticket has been issued, including support for changes, cancellations, and follow-up requests. Since these services require dedicated time and coordination, a post-ticketing service fee may apply.

This policy explains when such fees apply, how they are quoted, and how they are charged.

1) Definitions

  • Ticket Issued: A booking with a confirmed e-ticket number
  • Post-Ticketing Request: Any request made after ticket issuance (changes, cancellations, corrections, refund follow-ups)
  • Service Fee: A fee charged for handling and support services
  • Airline Penalty: Charges applied by the airline based on fare rules
  • Fare Difference: Price difference between original and new itinerary
  • Travel Credit: Credit issued by the airline for future use (if applicable)
  • Refund: Amount returned to the original payment method if approved

2) Transparency & Approval

We follow a transparent process before applying any charges:

  • No service fee is charged without your approval
  • You will receive a clear breakdown of total costs, including:
  • Airline penalties (if applicable)
  • Fare differences (if applicable)
  • Applicable taxes or charges
  • Our service fee

Charges are processed only after your confirmation.

3) What Service Fees Cover

Service fees help cover:

  • Reviewing fare rules and eligibility
  • Handling change or cancellation requests
  • Communicating with airlines and processing requests
  • Reissuing tickets and confirming updated details
  • Assisting with refund or credit requests

Final decisions are always made by the airline.

4) Service Fee Structure

All fees are per passenger and are separate from airline charges, fare differences, or taxes.

A) 24-Hour Cancellation Assistance (if eligible)

  • Domestic: USD 75
  • International: USD 100
  • Business / First Class: USD 100

B) Cancellation Handling (After 24 Hours)

With Travel Credit:

  • Economy: USD 75
  • Business / First: USD 100

With Refund (if allowed):

  • Economy Domestic: USD 150
  • Economy International: USD 250
  • Business / First: USD 250

C) Changes / Ticket Reissue

  • Ticket value under USD 1,000: Up to USD 200
  • Ticket value USD 1,000 or above: USD 200 or 15% (whichever is higher)

D) Special Assistance Requests

Fees may apply for special cases such as medical situations, duplicate bookings, name corrections, or other service requests. Charges depend on complexity and will be shared before processing.

5) Important Notes

  • Some fares are non-changeable and non-refundable
  • Airline penalties and fare differences may be significant
  • Requests are subject to airline approval and timelines
  • Changes are confirmed only after updated ticket issuance

6) Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees are non-refundable once the request has been processed or submitted.

This applies regardless of the airline’s final decision unless required by law.

7) Payments & Disputes

Charges are processed only after your approval. Filing a payment dispute may delay ongoing requests or refunds.
